Charged with identifying revenue opportunities among existing assets, the commercial strategy team decided to redevelop a recently vacated 1850s cottage as the first non-staffed accommodation at Inns of Aurora Resort & Spa. Alex spearheaded a three-month renovation, overseeing concept development, interior design, product positioning, copywriting, and photography. The project resulted in 92% occupancy in its first three months and a 250% return on investment within six months.
